REGISTRATION POLICIES

Registration for all classes, seminars, workshops will be accepted at anytime. Classes fill quickly so don't delay. Project surfaces will not be a mandatory purchase anymore. If you want the piece and it is available, I will be happy to order it for you. I do ask that the project fee, if known, be paid in advance or at least a non-refundable deposit.

Your preparation sheets and patterns will be sent via e-mail if possible. Colour pictures will be handed out during class, if not in a packet or book. All classes and seminars will require the purchase of the Designers' Packet or Books for written instructions. If it is a project that has been altered, the teacher will supply detailed notes for each student. If you do not have a computer it is your responsibility to come by the studio during business hours to pick up the prepping homework and list of supplies.

Presently DecoArt, Jo Sonja and some Delta Paints will be supplied for classes. Classes using Traditions and Genesis products will not be supplied.

If at any time you are unable to attend registered classes or seminars, please contact the studio immediately. There are usually people on a waiting list.Please be sure I have confirmed either by e-mail or phone that you have canceled your attendance. Where possible a studio credit will be issued for your class fee or transferred to another class. If attending weekly classes please advise in advance if you can not make it and I will send out an e-mail advising of homework.

Judy's Busy Brushes is now a Home Studio, so I ask that everyone respect the neighbours' properties as well as the Town of Ajax By- Laws for parking.

If at anytime you've ordered anything Special for the classes or seminars i.e. Designer packets, books, please make payment in advance or at least a non-refundable deposit.

Some of the classes will require special supplies that will not be included in the classes. A list of places to shop for these items will be supplied in the event we are not carrying them in the studio.

Allergy Alert! We will continue to request no perfumes and sprays in all classes and seminars. We want everyone to have a healthy environment to paint in and have fun.

We accept ONLY Debit Cards, Cash or Cheques (no post dated cheques) and (NO CREDIT CARDS AT THIS TIME)
