Hi and thanks for visiting my decorative painting website.

My name is Judy McDonald and I'm really pleased to welcome you.

The studio here is very spacious. I can comfortably sit 12 students. And there's not one bad seat in the place because I have a camera and TV monitor system. The tables and chairs are very comfortable, and the lighting is great!

Access to the studio is separate from my home. There's a kitchen area completely outfitted for your lunching pleasure. Coffee, tea and snacks are always available. In the summer we eat out on the deck which is surrounded by beautiful gardens.

For guest teachers, I rent space from the local Super 8 Motel which is perfectly appointed for all your painting needs.

It is very important to me that my students are pampered and made comfortable. I want you to come back time and time again.

I bring 26 years of decorative painting experience to my studio. Which means many styles and techniques are always offered.

I have studied with some of the best designers and artists around the world. My passion for this art form is huge. And my love of teaching is just as strong.

The Daffodils on the left is my own design, obviously influenced by our wonderful Canadian artist, Maureen McNaughton.

I also teach card making, using new folding techniques as well as rubber stamping. The studio is a beehive of activity!!

I carry a wide range of painting supplies as well as card making supplies. If I don't have it on hand, I can usually get it pretty fast.

I will be keeping the site up to date with all the latest events. I'm looking forward to sharing some amazing classes, seminars and workshops with you.

You'll get to meet my cuddly Shi Tsu. Her name is Molly.

She adores people and everyone adores her. This a portrait I painted of her.

She's three years old and a 10 pound bundle of love.

As you can see, she's quite petite and snuggling is a favourite past-time.
